Hi, I’m Mark, a Rambutan consultant with 25 years’ experience in people development. I have a varied background across the retail, energy, and audio-visual sectors. I’ve always believed that people are the most important part of any organisation’s success. My career has been driven by a fascination with why people do what they do, and I love helping people understand what drives their behaviour and supporting them to unlock their potential. Helping others progress towards their goals is what gives me a real buzz.

Outside of Rambutan, my passions include going to concerts, motor racing, and Manchester United.
