Hi. I’m Bijal, a Rambutan consultant with over 20 years’ experience in managing and supporting people both in the private and volunteer sectors. I’m passionate about helping people to take a step back and think about the big picture, reassessing their everyday decisions. I have a varied background in retail, marketing and the not-for-profit sector which gives me lots of experience to draw on when working with organisations.

Outside of Rambutan, I like to spend time volunteering for Leicestershire Scouts, mainly supporting adult volunteers to work with young people to have lots of fun and adventure. My role includes leading on strategy, with a particular focus on growing our youth and adult membership in an inclusive way.

I also run a series of community ‘newspapers’ for villages in South Charnwood, Leicestershire. This includes everything from being out in the community, liaising with advertisers and volunteers, writing and editing copy plus a touch of design.
