Working with Rambutan; what can I say? They have acted as a critical friend on a number of communication and change projects – able to provide an external, unbiased perspective that is grounded in the very real experience of having helped others in the same position. They have given me that rare thing in a business context, brutal honesty, delivered in an uncomplicated way, but usefully coupled with great advice for improvement.  My response is generally ‘you know what, you are so right’, but I would never have got there alone. I’ll be using their services again, and I know that they will be ready to listen.
