When I joined RATP Dev London they had already commissioned Rambutan to help them with their ‘Driven by People’ staff engagement project. When my line manager suggested that I would benefit from spending time with a professional coach, David was the obvious choice. I have now had the good fortune to work with David over the past 12 months not only within the organisational arena but also on a personal level. He has allowed me to translate my personal beliefs and aspirations into a strategy and vision that have been introduced and embraced by the business area I am responsible for. This in turn has seen that department develop significantly and start delivering efficiencies within the organisation. On a personal level his positive, determined and unfaltering desire to see everybody he works with succeed has helped me become more confident in my own ability to become a successful leader of people and teams. The most challenging yet equally rewarding element of working with David is his ability to get me to be accountable to me. The support and guidance David and his team have provided to my colleagues and me has been invaluable. It has allowed us to not only plan and deliver some of the most engaging and rewarding management events that I have been involved in but equally he has provided the confidence and tools to allow us to challenge a complacent culture and turn our business into one that has an aligned vision; focused on delivering and succeeding together.
