Hi, I’m Lucy, a Rambutan consultant. I love the way we do things around here at Rambutan, and I’m passionate about uncovering people’s talents and helping them to be brilliant. We take what we do seriously, but it’s great that we don’t take ourselves too seriously. I’m a big fan of the winter months because I love walking my dog on crisp, frosty mornings, I get to head to the mountains for some skiing, and there’s nothing better than meeting up with friends in a cosy, local pub.
