Hi. I’m Bijal, a Rambutan consultant with 20 years’ experience in managing and supporting people both in the private and volunteer sectors. I love helping people to take a step back and think about the big picture, reassessing their everyday decisions. I have a varied background in retail, marketing and the not-for-profit sector which gives me lots of experience to draw on when working with organisations.
Outside of Rambutan, I like to spend time volunteering with young people or scuba diving around the UK and beyond.
